Welcome to Out at Tesco
We are very pleased to welcome you to the Out at Tesco network, with over 900 members across all the Tesco businesses. The network's aims are simple: we want to attract, support and develop our Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender employees to ensure that they feel confident to be themselves at work.If we can gain the courage to 'be ourselves' at work then we will be able to perform better and not worry about hiding anything. That's not only good for Tesco, but good for our own self-esteem too.
